騎車被汽車撞傷

我朋友騎車被汽車撞

我朋友直行
先看左方是否有來車
到了馬路中間靜止
再看右方是否有來車
對向有汽車直行
到了馬路中間準備左轉
未看到我朋友
急著左轉就撞上我朋友
將我朋友壓倒在地

機車是對方扶起來的
警察與救護車也是對方叫的

我朋友有頭傷、腿傷與車損
對方是名車她有嚴重車損
鈑金烤漆零件....等等

我朋友可以求償嗎
但她是否可以向我朋友求償車損部分?

我朋友擔心雖可獲得醫療與車損賠償
金額卻敵不過對方開口的車損賠償
