老大入獄　小弟上位組暴力討債集團

【蔡智銘／台中報導】霧峰警分局偵查隊偵破以28歲男子洪志合為首的暴力討債集團，警方指出，洪嫌原本是海線角頭老大「大胖修」手下小弟，趁著大哥在監服刑，自立門戶，去年起吸收沙鹿、清水地區招募不良份子加入暴力討債集團，以傳播公司為掩護，實為經營陪酒拉K、吸毒轟趴及暴力討債等不法行為，不但曾經強押被害人說到山上處理，嚇得被害人跳車受傷，還曾經押人到車行賣車抵債，還被車行監視器拍下。

警方經過半年跟監，昨天兵分多路，將洪嫌等7人逮捕到案，並查扣涉案鋁棒、手機、帳冊、已簽署本票及毒品K他命等犯罪工具，依恐嚇取財、組織犯罪等罪嫌送辦。
