合成皮容易壞麼?

有一位客人買ㄌ公司的包包(手把是合成皮包包是聚纖)

一年後

客人拿包包出來手把都鬚掉ㄌ(嚴重型)
說公司有義務要修好而且公司必須支付修改費
他堅稱他只拿2.3次包包就這樣
向消基會投訴

該怎麼處理
有發生類似案件的店家能給個意見ㄇ?
