湳雅夜市遭惡煞砸攤　業者質疑同業競爭

【綜合報導】新北市「湳雅觀光夜市」1攤仙草鮮奶凍餐車前天晚間7時許，遭4名黑衣惡煞持棍棒砸毀，惡煞一度還想打攤商與遊客，當場業者及遊客嚇得尖叫閃避；案由警方調查中。

《自由時報》報導，警方獲報趕抵，在場發現惡煞遺留的1鐵槌，帶回採證；被害的黃姓攤商指控，隔一攤的仙草凍同業曾向他嗆聲，要他不要做生意，懷疑是同業競爭；被指控的同業喊冤否認，也另有攤商說，被砸的攤商因擺攤糾紛，常和其他攤商起衝突。
