關於警專報考資格疑慮

小弟我明年想要考警專，可是兵單來了要入伍了，我看它的報考資格上寫說現役軍人不得報考(那如果我進去當兵明年能報考嗎?)
它的現役軍人是指義務役嗎?還是志願役?

如果能報考，那義務役在當兵中，如果考到他會保留資格到當完兵後嗎
