如果我也那個財力跟智力

我也會炒房賺錢

當個腦滿腸肥的寄生蟲

總比當個清貧的理想主義者

日子好過點吧

屁話說完了

回歸正題

看看新加坡再看看台灣

新加坡也是有人炒房

可是那個是有錢人的遊戲

一般老百姓沒受到太大的影響

因為政府興建了大量的社會住宅

雖然做不到人人有屋住

可是也大大的緩解了中下群眾對房屋的需求

有很好的模仿對像

可惜台灣政府被財團綁架了

變相的為財團從人民的口袋裡撈錢

看看目前上市營建股的股價跟配息

就知道有多好賺
