群電、F-淘帝 申請上市

工商時報【記者林燦澤／台北報導】

台股昨（5）日強勢反彈站上8,000點關卡，上市申請案接二連三，繼周四的劍麟（2228）上市案遞件後，群電（6412）以及F-淘帝（2929）兩家公司均在周五送件申請上市，分別是國內企業上市案第12家，以及國外企業第一上市案第6家，累計今年以來整體上市案已有18家。

根據證交所資料顯示，群電主要產品是交換式電源供應器、其他各種電子零組件及器材、照明燈具之研發、製造及買賣，該公司公布去年稅前盈餘10.54億元，每股稅後盈餘2.85元，主辦承銷商是元大寶來證券，群電也是今年國內企業第12家申請上市案。

F-淘帝專營TOPBI（淘帝）品牌童裝開發設計及銷售，該公司以中國大陸為營運基地，TOPBI（淘帝）品牌經過不斷的努力和創新，推出集產品研發、設計與銷售為一體的全方位品牌經營模式。

主辦承銷商是群益金鼎證券，F-淘帝則是今年外國企業第6家申請第一上市案。
