3370萬！台灣最高罰！酒駕撞癱人代價

兒子被撞成植物人，老爸爸越說越傷心，眼看兒子終生都得躺在床上，必須有人看護，如今法院判賠3千多萬元，一點也高興不起來。

受害家屬：「我是到處籌錢工作，看他躺在這裡，我們夫妻倆心情七上八下。」

兒子去年6月被一名酒駕闖紅燈的騎士撞上，法院最後算出光是終生看護費要1900萬，其他外加醫療、精神撫慰金等，總計3370萬，台中地院判決，肇事的羅姓工人，必須負責賠償。

這起酒駕撞人車禍，創下台灣司法史上，最鉅額賠償案例，32歲的兒子才結婚2年，就發生車禍，媳婦回娘家工作賺錢，2歲的孫女，只能請保母照顧，整個家庭幾乎破碎，而羅姓工人表示，他自己一個人獨居，沒能力賠償，法院判決雖給受害家屬一個公道，但受害何先生家人要真能拿到賠償，相當困難。
