手機無法充電

我是HTC ONE X手機
有時候充電時他會顯示（手機目前使用的電流量超過充電器可充入的電流量。請關閉手機電源，或關閉未使用的應用程式）
我也都把應用程式關掉，但有時候還是無法充電
他有顯示在跑的過程中，但都沒在充電
這是所有智慧型手機會有的問題嗎？？
還是只有HTC會發生的問題
求解謝謝？？
