基期低 六月出口成長8.6%

財政部公布六月出口，比去年同月增加百分之八點六，進口連續兩個月負成長後，六月終於轉正成長百分之六點一。官員表示，由於去年同期基期低，因此第二季出口「不算優」。比較需要擔憂的是中國大陸成長動能鈍化，可能影響我未來出口動能。（黃悅嬌報導）

甩開「五窮六絕」魔咒，六月出口兩百六十四點八億美元，比去年同月增百分之八點六，第二季出口成長百分之二點四，優於主計總處五月預測的百分之零點二一。

財政部統計處長葉滿足表示，六月出口表現不錯，主要因礦產品出口未因台塑石化廠歲修而有太大影響，加上電子產品出口七十五點七億美元，創史上單月第三高等因素所致；第二季出口增百分之二點四，但去年同期為負成長百分之五，在基期這麼低下僅小幅成長，「出口不算優」，只能說是「局勢穩住，慢慢改善中」。下半年礦產品及電子業兩大出口支柱可望持穩，較令人擔憂的是化學品、基本金屬及其製品與塑橡膠及其製品，可能受到大陸擴充產能影響。另一方面，大陸經濟成長出現鈍化現象，恐將影響我國出口。『大陸本身經濟成長似乎鈍化現象，可能影響我們未來出口一點點動能。』

官員指出，近兩個月我對大陸出口尚屬穩定，第三季出口能否達到百分之四以上的成長目標，仍要視大陸經濟情勢而定，以目前情勢來看，全年經濟成長「保二」應無問題，但拚「保三」難度很高。
