有串證之虞 劉延俊聲押

洪仲丘案，最高軍檢署檢察長曹金生少將今天說，五四二旅旅部連副連長劉延俊有串證之虞，經軍事檢察官訊問後，當庭逮捕。

曹金生說，經軍事檢察官訊問結果，依刑法與陸海空軍刑法，認定劉延俊涉嫌對部屬施以法定種類以外的處罰，訊問終結後，當庭逮捕，並於下午二時廿五分向軍事法院聲請羈押。

曹金生表示，專案小組對所有相關失職人員，將以勿枉勿縱的原則，查辦到底，期待證人將有利案情的相關事證以專線檢舉，將依證人保護法相關規定保護。

對於媒體詢問洪仲丘曾經在禁閉室寫一些悔過日記，曹金生說，任何事物只要與案情有關，將列為證物。至於劉延俊的父親說沒有錢、請不起律師，曹金生表示，其法定要件尚不符合律師強制辯護要件，至於法院如何處理，不屬於他的職權範圍。
