iTunes的問題 請各位幫幫我

大家好 我想請問一下

我iphone4 錄影好之後

把影片傳上電腦 但是卻沒辦法看

點開之後 他影片播放幾秒 就卡在那個畫面

整個影片也才30秒左右而已

可是放到5秒左右就卡住不動了

而且傳到電腦後 也沒辦法同步回手機

請問為什麼會這樣呢

另外我的影片 點右鍵 他好像出現亂碼

在我更新iTunes之後就這樣了

而且不只這個影片 是所有錄影的影片點右鍵都出現了亂碼
