手機攜碼~千元帳單免預繳~原電信繳費問題

我是中華攜碼台哥大
之前跟直營門市小姐說不想預繳，可是我又沒千元帳單
小姐跟我說可以回去用手機消費，事後再補帳單給他，一樣免預繳還退一千元給我

現在我想問的是
1.千元帳單一定要正本嗎？補單可以嗎？
因為原電信公司的帳單出單周期是在攜碼辦完後才會出

2.現在我的手機已經是台哥大了
去中華門市還可以補上個月的單嗎？
網路emome似乎已經不承認我的門號是中華 所以也查不到電子帳單
因為我登入後顯示帳號其下無設備
