桌上型電腦主機板燒掉,維修問題

電腦(技嘉的)開機突然無訊號,畫面一片黑,我拿去給人檢測,老闆說是 cpu 主機板 記憶體 三個都要換,大約要花5000元~
1 花5000元維修和買一台二手主機哪個比較好
2 如果自己換材料需多少錢?會很困難嗎?
3 cpu 主機板 記憶體 這三個組件有無相容性的問題,就是指有沒有一定要什麼要搭配什麼之類的(譬如廠牌)還是三個組件隨便買都沒關係
