財報激勵 臉書股價首度衝破發行價

社群網站臉書公司(Facebook Inc.)的股價，31日終於衝破首次公開募股(IPO)價38美元，為2012年5月掛牌以來首見。

這個全球最大的社群網站，自24日公布的獲利表現優於預期之後，股價就一路飆漲，投資人對臉書快速成長的行動廣告營收特別樂觀。自從財報公布之後，臉書股價大漲超過40%。

臉書31日在開盤後不久，股價一度攀升到38.31美元的高點。不過最後臉書在正規交易時間內，收在36.80美元。

自從臉書IPO之後，只有一次股價是超過38美元，那就是IPO當天。這檔股價去年9月最低曾跌到17.55美元。

部份分析師視臉書股價的攀升為一大轉捩點，但也有部份抱持質疑態度的專家不以為然。

科技顧問公司「恩德勒集團」(Enderle Group)分析師恩德勒(Rob Enderle)就說，臉書並未解決基本問題，他們只找到方法來增加廣告。
