奢侈稅檢討會明召開 聚焦不動產業

奢侈稅上路2年多，財政部明天將舉行首場檢討座談會，預料座談會討論焦點將著重在不動產課徵奢侈稅的檢討與成效上。國民黨立委曾巨威已表態立法院下會期將提案將奢侈稅課徵房地產採「地區性課稅」，獲得部分黨籍立委認同，不過國民黨團首席副書記長林德福卻對稅制改為一國兩制持保留態度，相關修法方向仍待財政部邀集產官學界討論後再決定。
