嫩江爆50年洪水　東北百萬人淹半月

消防隊先用拋繩槍，結果失敗，接著再搭橡皮艇渡河，更危險，3個救難人員自己翻船落水，湍急的河流讓這起救援行動花了9個小時，最後靠挖土機架起繩索，用滑輪一個一個救人渡河，驚險地場景，最近在大陸東北不斷上演。

黑龍江省、吉林省，大面積被洪水淹沒，許多河流達到警戒水位，聲勢相當驚人，城鎮農作物都變成汪洋一片，從空中航拍畫面看，很難相信這底下原本是村莊良田。

大陸央視新聞片段：「松花江流域發生1998年以來最大洪水，嫩江上游發生50年一遇特大洪水，黑龍江發生1987年以來最大洪水。」

東北3條主要河流，陸續達到幾十年歷史紀錄，這起洪災其實從8月初就開始出現，持續長達半個月，越淹越嚴重，吉林、黑龍江死亡人數上升。大陸東方衛視新聞片段：「8月10日以來，造成全省(黑龍江)197.76萬人受災，死亡11人、失蹤3人。」

更糟糕的是，大陸氣象單位預測，接下來幾天還會繼續下雨，當地政府只能疏散居民，繃緊神經。
