我朋友(未滿18
今天騎車載朋友的時候三貼(一個人還沒戴安全帽
結果被警察攔下來
阿那個警察開無照跟沒戴安全帽三貼沒開
那這樣要繳多少?聽說爸媽還要去上課是???

依道路交通管理處罰條例第21條第3項規定「未滿18歲之人，未領有駕駛執照駕車，汽車駕駛人及其法定代理人或監護人，應同時施以道路交通安全講習。」故不得委任由哥哥或姐姐(年滿20歲以上)代理陪同上課。

未滿18歲以下無照駕駛機車者，除了駕駛人要繳6000元之外，機車所有權人(車主)也是要連帶繳6000元(除非駕駛人也是車主就不用另外繳)的阿，，其監護人(家長)也是要去上課才可以了事的阿！(就算你拖過年滿18歲之後才去繳無照駕駛罰款，監護人&家長也是要一起去上課的阿)

到案日前=6000元！
逾到案日30天內=6600元！
逾到案日30天以上60天內=7800元！
逾到案日60天以上=9000元！
