農曆七月並沒有影響賞屋民眾的興致，尤其假日人潮更熱鬧，有建商獨家與kitty機器人展合作，只要成交就送限量kitty，還請到瀨上綱分享全台走透透的趣味小故事，吸引很多民眾來賞屋一邊來聽講座。

幾個貴婦接二連三的都抓到了可愛的kitty小錢包，開心的不得了，這裡可不是kitty機器大展的現場，而是建商獨家合作，把目前最夯的kitty娃娃機直接搬到了接待中心，只要來賞屋的民眾，都可以來試試手氣。即使是農曆七月來看房子的民眾還是很多，位在中和大舉開發的新興地段，假日就很鬧，建商還請到了知名外景節目主持人瀨上綱，和民眾分享他全台走透透的趣味故事。

瀨上綱喜歡大自然的環境，而一大片未來會被大樹環繞的綠化住宅，就是吸引民眾的主因。這裡規劃了四條主題道路，依照不同季節種植不同的植栽。越來越多民眾選擇綠色住宅，希望居住的環境就可以感受大自然生態。
