檢貪廟產涉行凶 遭押將停職

〔自由時報記者王俊忠／台南報導〕涉及高雄與屏東寺廟廟產糾紛與恐嚇、殺人未遂等案的台南地檢署檢察官顏漢文，被屏東檢方聲押獲准。南檢襄閱主任檢察官蔡麗宜昨表示，顏漢文被收押後，南檢將依法向法務部報准停職。

蔡麗宜說，此案發生地點在高雄、屏東地區，因顏漢文調到南檢服務，南檢與雄檢、屏檢、廉政署都是參與偵辦單位，又因顏漢文在屏東的涉案情節較為明確，收押地點也在屏東，未來該案會由屏檢主導偵辦。
