轉運申請書（L1外貨進儲物流中心）新公告作業規定須詳實申報價格，否則恐依緝私條例相關規定議處，引起業者關注，並建議物流中心應注意這項規定，以免不慎觸法。海關公告轉運申請書L1各訊息欄位填報說明及新增「通關作業及統計代碼」不受理報關原因：L36主檔金額欄位、L37明細金額欄位、L38統計用數量等三項漏未申報代碼，亦即須詳實申報各項次金額、主檔金額、統計用數量，並將自本月二十四日實施（指報關日期）。

中華貨物通關自動化協會常務理事劉陽柳認為，由於申報外貨進儲物流中心是以物流中心業者作為報關代理人，若發生違法情事依財政部函示，外貨進儲物流中心轉運申請書（L1）進口方式亦屬海關緝私條例第四條規定所稱「報運貨物進口」，如涉虛報行為及逃避管制，可能會依緝私條例相關規定議處，宜小心謹慎。
