【張貴翔／新北報導】新北市1名溫姓男子，今天在三重9號越堤道欄杆用腳踏車用鎖鏈上吊，被路過要去擺攤的攤販發現，趕緊報警；警方趕抵封鎖現場調查，隨即聯絡家屬，並報請檢察官相驗釐清溫男死因。
