新鄰居近 101煙火恐受影響

台北101煙火恐受高個子的新鄰居影響！台北101發言人劉家豪今天表示，受安全距離及高度考量，新大樓（南山人壽）興建恐對101煙火造成影響。

媒體報導，南山人壽標下世貿二館開發案，預計興建地上45層樓、高約270公尺高的大樓，可望成為台北第2高大樓，因緊鄰台北101大樓，台北101施放跨年煙火，因安全距離考量，恐怕無法整棟施放。

劉家豪受訪時指出，煙火施放的安全距離是100公尺，南山人壽如興建樓高270多公尺，雖然新大樓不是剛好在101的正旁邊，而是斜角邊，但與101最近距離僅約60公尺，煙火施放設計恐受影響。

此外，劉家豪表示，垂直的安全距離是150公尺，因此，恐怕連從89樓施放都有問題。

他表示，南山人壽新大樓正在整地，今年跨年煙火不致受影響，新大樓預計2年後完工，不過，在它蓋到一定高度時，就會對煙火施放造成影響，將與南山人壽或市政府溝通如何解決。
