路平專案 我猜只是地方政府騙錢的另外一種方式吧

前幾天公司旁邊有人要在人孔蓋拉管線, 結果人孔蓋找不到, 已經被柏油完全覆蓋,

工人的素質有這麼差嗎, 不知道人孔蓋要閃過?

另外每個工人就一定要打打赤膊 抽菸 嚼檳榔嗎? 明明就是上班時間.

跟日本的素質真的差太多了, 也許我們做一個工程的速度是日本的十倍,

但是沒幾個月路又爛了, 承包商又來賺一筆, 承包商可能又是市政府誰的親戚,

只能祈禱新路不要被開挖, 不然最後也都是爛光光而已
