天兔中心通過恆春近海　陸警預計明上午解除

【張勵德／台北報導】根據中央氣象局最新警報資料顯示，下午4時強颱天兔中心位置在鵝鑾鼻南南西方110公里海面上，以時速19公里速度向西北西轉西移動。
 
氣象局預估，天兔逐漸通過巴士海峽後，未來強度會慢慢減弱，暴風圈也會逐漸縮小，最快明天清晨到上午台灣本島就會脫離天兔颱風暴風圈範圍並解除陸上颱風警報，至於海上警報則可能要等到明天下半天或傍晚後才會解除。
