QE暫不退場　房價可望「價量穩增」

【張菱育／台北報導】影響房地產最重要的2個國內外議題，QE(量化寬鬆政策)退場及奢侈稅修法，在上周都出現戲劇化的改變，台灣房屋智庫觀察指出，QE不退場，房價將在低利率及資金支撐下，可望「價量穩增」。

台灣房屋營運目標總經理周鶴鳴分析第4季房市指出，不論奢侈稅修正方向為何，對自住、換屋或長期持有族並無影響，且低總價、低單價、低自備產品仍夯，貨幣政策寬鬆，市場將持續低利率，好的店面、土地、頂級豪宅更受青睞。
