郝龍斌在議會答詢 反對核四公投

民進黨台北市議員洪健益24日晚間，在市議會質詢市長郝龍斌對核四公投的看法。郝龍斌說，核四與公投是兩回事，「我反對核四公投」，核四是否繼續運作是專業問題，要在安全評估下來決定，不是以公投解決；大家都知道公投核四是否續建，但並非對核四有專業的了解，甚至不知道，如此公投只增加紛擾。
