國泰世華銀增資120億　拓展國內外業務

【林巧雁／台北報導】國泰金控增資子公司國泰世華銀行120億元，今天國泰金董事會決議將發行3.24億股，每股面額10元，發行價格定為每股37元。國泰金副總李偉正說，現增的資金將用於國泰世華銀行海內外業務拓展與加強資本。

至於大陸參股進度，李偉正表示，目前還沒有可以報告的內容。國泰金日前宣布加碼收購柬埔寨SBC Bank（Singapore Banking Corporation Limited）3成股權，投資金額約台幣3億多，成為SBC Bank百分之百持股的大股東。李偉正說，剛好有此機會，股權愈多愈好，目前也在評估投資印尼與緬甸。
