郝龍斌：雙子星案將邀中華工程議約

【許麗珍／台北報導】台北市議會今進行市長施政報告，在民進黨議員杯葛台北市長郝龍斌上台約1.5小時、要求雙子星案廢標之後，郝龍斌終於在下午3時36分上台報告。針對雙子星案部分，郝龍斌表示，之前曾與法務顧問討論是否續約或廢標後，之後經3次會議討論，捷運局已在日前完成雙子星案初步審定條件，未來將依徵選相關規定，邀第2順位投資申請人中華工程進行議約。
