張盛和：台股只有微波　動能還要加強

【林巧雁／台北報導】財政部長張盛和說，台灣情勢已好轉，出口穩定成長，經濟也在成長中，只是動能還不夠強。台灣的股市還不到錢塘潮那麼大，還沒有波瀾，現在只是微波而已，股市動能還需要加強，還可以再提升。
 
被問及台股是否可上看8400點？張盛和不作預測，擔心又被批評是張老師講不準。他說，點數不重要，量有成長才重要。
 
立委提案提高金融業營業稅，張盛和表示，籌措財源可多方考量，各領域多元化籌錢，不只有稅，加稅是最後手段。是否加稅前提要先有共識，加稅方案很多人提，也有人提兩稅合一、加值營業稅、金融營業稅等，財源籌措可多元化，可先從支出結構上調整，最後才考量稅。金融業是國際行業，也要考量跨國的國際競爭力。
