泉順CAS米 若不下架可罰

（中央社記者楊淑閔台北 7日電）行政院農業委員會主委陳保基中午過後改口，泉順公司旗下的山水米有11支CAS標章米須依法下架。農委會主秘戴玉燕說，若不下架可罰鍰。

泉順食品公司以越南米冒充台灣米銷售，嚴重傷害台灣米的市場價值及農民收益，真的觸怒了陳保基，他罕見說出重話，以「嚴重詐欺行為」比喻。

為此，陳保基請法律系出身的農委會主秘戴玉燕再度審視優良農產品驗證管理辦法發現，雖然這次泉順旗下山水米系列原本獲CAS認證標章的11支產品沒有混充進口米的疑慮，但依第13條規定，此廠的管理已有問題，可終止CAS標章驗證；且依同法第14條規定，可通知業者下架CAS產品。

其次，戴玉燕下午再檢視法條發現，原以為不下架無罰則，已確認可依同法處新台幣20萬到100萬元罰鍰。

另督導財團法人CAS優良農產品發展協會的農委會畜牧處處長黃國青也說，已通知業者回收、下架11支CAS標章的米產品。1021007
