【動新聞】超商開賣燙青菜　特價10元

【楊智雯／台北報導】上班族普遍每日蔬菜纖維攝取不足，因此各家超商都很積極搶攻外食青菜商機，之前7-ELEVEn在門市曾測試燙青菜，但因需要較多設備，且維持青菜新鮮度不易，並未成功。

另一家測試燙青菜許久的萊爾富，搶先推出青菜關東煮川燙新吃法，將油菜、高麗菜、金針菇、地瓜等青菜在中央廚房先蒸熟，並用無菌保鮮包裝密封後，新鮮冷藏運送至全台910家門市，可避免在門市燙青菜不夠熟等問題，民眾只需將包裝裡的青菜放入關東煮杯中，加入高湯泡熱，等約3分鐘就可食用，目前共推出4款，預計每季會更換菜色，10/15前每款特價只要10元，但菜量並不多，要攝取每日足夠纖維量，要多買2包才行。
