桃縣府僱用派遣人力人數? 人事處:共２１人

政府僱用派遣人力人數引起關切，桃園人事處郭修發處長表示，桃園縣現今為止，僱用派遣人力為２１人，工作內容為保全或駕駛等，薪資19047元到35330元，相關權益依勞基法規定辦理。（李明朝報導）

桃園縣議會林政賢議員想瞭解桃園縣政府僱用派遣人力人數情形，在議會對人事處郭修發處長提出質詢，對此，郭修發處長表示，目前桃園縣僱用的派遣人力人數二十一人，占現職非公務人員總數千分之五，派遣工作內容為保全或駕駛等。

林政賢議員進一步對於僱用的派遣人力薪資提出質詢，郭修發處長回答表示，目前派遣人員年資最長者為五年，每月薪資從一九０四七到三五三三０元，勞動派遣人力的權益保障，目前都依勞動基準法相關規定辦理。

桃園縣運用勞動派遣人力機關分別為山腳國中，平興國中，永豐高中，文化局，秘書處及衛生局。
