有關wifi盒問題

手機申請網路費太貴

聽說
只要去買wifi盒就可以上網(?)
而且也不用繳網路費(?)
是這樣嗎?
(因為本人對這方面的不是很了解~)

以下有幾個問題想請問大大:

1.那wifi盒還有分好壞嗎?
2.那是可以攜帶在身上嗎?
3.那會很貴嗎?價位大約多少?
4.那會很大嗎?(盒子)需要充電嗎?
5.網速會跑很慢嗎
