嘉縣八旬老翁疑久病厭世上吊身亡

嘉義縣溪口鄉一名八旬老翁，疑似因為久病厭世，在住家上吊自殺，老翁被家人發現時，已經死亡多時，確實死因正由警方報請檢察官會同法醫相驗中。

嘉義縣警方調查指出，家住溪口鄉溪北村八十四歲陳姓老翁，患有大腸癌、高血壓等多項疾病，平日作息均須由子孫照料，老翁近來情緒低落，不時向兒孫透露輕生念頭。

老翁的兒子今天清晨前往房間探視，發現屋內沒人，四處搜尋，結果在住家旁的雜物室內，發現已經上吊身亡的老父親，全家人哀痛不已。
