台紐經濟協定 拚三讀過關

在朝野共識下，台紐經濟合作協定（ANZTEC）可望於本周二（29日）在立法院三讀通過，與紐國洽簽的這項經濟合作協定，將有助於建立我國未來參與區域經濟整合及創造參與跨太平洋夥伴協定（TPP）的有利條件。

我國和紐西蘭今年7月10日已在紐西蘭威靈頓簽署台紐經濟合作協定，這也是台灣與已開發國家和非邦交國簽署的第一個經濟合作協定，有助日後與他國繼續進行經濟合作談判，讓我國出口產品能獲得更大的競爭力。

台紐協定並於10月16日在立法院外交國防委員會完成初審，紐西蘭國會也已在9月完成條約檢視。

因為目前立法院時值對閣揆進行總質詢時期，按程序應等到總質詢後才可處理議案，如此將延後至11月或12月。但為了盡快完成審查，讓協定盡早生效，朝野同意在29日總質詢後加開會議處理。
