實驗教育草案 擬11月送立院

（中央社記者溫貴香台北28日電）教育部長蔣偉寧今天說，已草擬完成「學校型態實驗教育實施條例草案」等2項草案，預計11月底送立法院審查。

蔣偉寧下午列席立法院教育及文化委員會備詢表示，國民中小、學教育階段，教育部提「公立國民小學及國民中學委託私人辦理條例草案」，這是公辦民營概念；高級中等教育及國民中、小學教育階段，提學校型態實驗教育實施條例草案。

他說，這兩個草案預計下週送到行政院，1個月內送到立法院，希望立法院這會期完成審查，對實驗教育推動有較完整作為。

蔣偉寧表示，每個小孩都不同，不盡然要走常態教育體系，有這些不同管道後，看到很多學校設計很多學生動手做的課程，從能力培養上，讓學生有更多進展關鍵。學校不只是學知識，還包括學方法；另外，有些非學校型態，父母讓孩子透過網路學習，有各種不同型態透過實驗教育實現。1021028
