Youbike被偷當沒事　少年吃官司

【方翊倩／綜合報導】台北市莊姓國一男生租Youbike失竊，他假裝沒發生這事，被依侵占罪嫌函送少年法庭。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，莊使用微笑單車提供的單車鎖上鎖，但兩小時後發現單車不見，他在附近遍尋不著，回家後當做沒事發生。Youbike主管機關台北市交通局發現單車遲未歸還，向警察局報案。他父親不願兒子留下前科，賠償九千元達成和解。

北市交通局表示，若不小心弄丟Youbike，只要第一時間報警並向客服中心聯絡，失竊後的租借費用不用付；雖依規定一個月內未尋獲須賠償九千元，但實務上都不會追究。
