【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】更生保護會今天舉辦第68屆慶祝大會和表揚大會，同時頒獎給更生保護會票選出來的首屆文創和藝術達人顏正國等7人。
 
演出《好小子》系列電影走紅的顏正國，因犯擄人勒贖案遭判刑15年定讞，入監服刑，他在獄中學得一手好書法，假釋出獄後，目前在當書法老師，教授書法。

他今天獲獎後表示，非常感謝良師周良敦的諄諄教誨，周老師曾對他說：「人生不怕走錯路，只怕不知從哪裡開始。」顏正國說目前他除當書法老師外也開始拍片，日前在電影《黑白》裡面軋一腳，飾演鼓勵更生人的瓦斯桶店老闆，這角色讓他覺得很有趣，也感觸很深。
