【陳亮諭／綜合報導】大統長基公司黑心油品案，負責人高振利、調配室科長溫瑞彬與科員周昆明等3人，因違反食品衛生管理法等罪嫌日前被起訴，彰化地方法院今天將首度召開審理準備庭。

今日出版的《中國時報》報導，據悉，3名被告可能會聲請解除住居限制及被扣押的部分財產。另，富味鄉食品號稱販賣100%黑麻油，卻摻黃麻油、特黑油銷售，老闆陳文南、技術總監陳瑞禮等6人，嫌違反食品衛生管理法與詐欺取財被起訴，彰化地院也在下周一召開準備庭
