歡唱遭檢舉　遊客惱羞痛毆稽查員被告

台南市2名環保局稽查員接獲檢舉，指出烏山頭水庫有民眾自備音響，烤肉唱歌，10日前往現場錄音蒐證並勸導，卻慘遭圍毆，台南市環保局準備對這群民眾，依妨礙公務、傷害跟毀損提出告訴。

原本開開心心到烏山頭風景區出遊，但有民眾為炒熱現場氣氛竟自備音響，在烤肉區唱卡拉OK、飲酒作樂，聲音過大影響到附近的國立台南藝術大學，環保局稽查員前往現場監測噪音並錄影存證。

原本打算先勸導民眾，沒想到錄影動作卻引起唱歌民眾不滿，十幾個人將稽查員圍住並動手毆打，還驚動警察救援，將鬧事民眾帶往警局。

2名稽查員都受傷，其中一名被踹倒鼠蹊部，另一名被打到胸口，連眼鏡都掉了。台南市環保局準備對這群民眾，依妨礙公務、傷害跟毀損提出告訴。
