個人覺得最特別的地方在於樓下就有漢堡王、麥當勞，喜歡這兩家速食的朋友要用餐很方便。

再來戲院後方就是「長春路四面佛」，人潮非常的多，比較特別的是參拜四面佛信眾常選擇買鮮花還願，所以附近花店很多。
