多1女作筆錄控性侵　李宗瑞仍否認

【丁牧群／台北報導】富少李宗瑞被控性侵、偷拍34名女子，一審被台北地院判刑22年4月，李上訴後，高等法院今第2次開庭，李宗瑞依舊戴口罩低頭躲媒體鏡頭，不發一語。
 
開庭時，公訴檢察官提出新增的被害人「H女」筆錄給合議庭，指H女是34名被害人之一，但先前不願出面向檢方指控李的犯行，上月她改變心意到台北地檢署應訊作筆錄，指稱李宗瑞趁她意識不清趁機性交，檢方今將筆錄列為新增罪證，但李對所有指控仍辯稱：「絕無性侵，只有偷拍」。
 
開庭後，李的律師文聞說：「我們花了一點時間跟法官、檢察官確認H女是誰，因為過幾天才會閱到H的筆錄內容，目前無法表示意見。」至於李宗瑞不服高院繼續羈押他而提出抗告，但最高法院今尚未裁定。
