內賊難防　加油站員工溢刷油資盜現金

【呂健豪／新北報導】新店分局警方昨破獲一起溢刷信用卡消費金額案，查出湯姓男子（25歲）在新店安坑地區中油加油站工作，利用顧客刷卡加油時，每次溢刷100元，事後再從收銀機盜取等額現金。

警方說，湯嫌盜刷44筆，不法所得4400元，事後被加油站會計察覺報警，湯嫌坦承犯行，供稱是為了賺生活費才會犯案，警方訊後以詐欺罪嫌送辦。
