華航播未經授權歌曲　和解不起訴

【張沛森／桃園報導】華航涉嫌自去年8月起，在航班提供的音樂網頻道服務系統，公開播放未經社團法人「台灣音樂著作權人聯合總會」授權的11首歌曲，包括「墓仔埔也敢去」、「為何你愛著別人」、「黃昏的故鄉」、「心酸酸」等，今年6月間，被搭乘華航班機的該聯合總會代表人蔡清忠發現，蔡清忠便提出違反著作權等告訴，但今年7月雙方達成和解，桃園地檢署予以不起訴處分。
