【動新聞】疑找媽媽　3歲女童跨窗台墜9樓

【綜合報導】新北市一名三歲女童昨早因父親上班、母親送哥哥上學，她攀上家中九十五公分高窗台，疑為找媽媽開窗探頭，因未裝鐵窗而不慎從九樓、約三十公尺高處墜落；其父、祖母雖跪地祈求，但送醫仍宣告不治，其母抱著愛女遺體哭喊：「我要留在她身邊！」祖母也難過說：「早知就應該裝鐵窗。」但檢警認為父母獨留幼女在家釀禍，涉嫌過失致死罪嫌，可處兩年以下有期徒刑，昨裁定各以五萬元交保。

警方調查，死者是三歲的劉姓女童，因父親於科技業擔任工程師，經常往返兩岸，母親為了接送、照料兩個就學的哥哥，只能到附近便利商店打工貼補家用，平時女童與中和區的祖父母同住，假日才由母親接回泰山區社區大樓九樓住處，近日因父親返台，她被接回家團聚，未料卻發生悲劇。
