中部感覺不出來
建商一案推一案 開的一案比一案高
比較市區的地方 都破20一坪
好一點的區塊都破30以上

連帶連中古屋的價位也被拱高

基本上老胡是炒房高手
北從水湳經貿 經七期、八期、楓樹里、烏日高鐵這一片還一堆重劃區等著炒作
74號台中環線也帶動太平北屯房價

台北漲不動了是事實 但是台中開價 與成交價 好像還是都蠻硬的

消息面一堆 會漲會跌沒人知道

不過我個人認為 要崩跌機率不高
因為很多人都是在幾年前就買的
取得成本頗低 如果沒有資金需求 何必低價求售
中南部頂多緩跌 但是漲的機率 好像還是有的
尤其是北部投資客看北部沒得玩 好像有南移的趨勢

雖然風聲鶴唳 但是會不會如同上一波金融海嘯一樣 只是緩一下 之後又爆衝上漲
天知道

是否千金難買早知道我不清楚拉 但晚知道要多花千金這是真的拉
哀

[話說許多電視名嘴都是北部觀點 如張教授之前一直說泡沫房價不合理 我也都認同 結果後來才知道 他是認為台北房價如此 認為中南部很合理 害我等到房價高到買不起 建議大家只要負擔的起 有需求 一定要買 不要等 不然漲上去 可能一輩子就都買不起了 ]
