[請教] 魚菜共生 的改良

小弟想要試試種植魚菜共生 給家人提供有機的食物
可是小弟岳父吃素 他很抱歉得說他不能吃魚菜共生種出來的菜

小弟知道魚菜共生 養水很重要
之前先用兩尺小魚缸試過 魚不夠多時養分不夠菜就長不好

因為小弟庭院有草坪 草隨它長 沒有用除草劑 殺蟲劑或肥料
草坪會定期割草 兩三個禮拜割一次 (割下來的草向來直接留在原地而已)
若把割下來的草拿去泡在水裡讓它發酵做成水肥 再用這個水肥來做魚菜共生的水源(及養分)
不知道這樣可不可以? 有沒有甚麼是要注意的?
