違規左轉遭攔查　嗆警：戴著小太保的眼鏡

【張沛森／桃園報導】桃園1名61歲李姓男子，日前下午駕車行經桃園市三民路因違規紅燈左轉被陳姓警員攔了下來，不料他不滿陳員開單，竟對陳員怒罵：「戴著像小太保的眼鏡」等語，被依妨害公務送辦。

李男向檢方坦承，「曾說過這句話」，但是善意建言，並無辱罵之意；但檢方認為該句話已屬謾罵，且具有輕蔑貶損之負面評價意味，仍依妨害公務罪嫌將李男聲請簡易判決。
