不給養寵物兔　兒丟行李驅父家門外

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】台北1名賴姓高中生今年7月為了寵物兔起爭執，他氣父親把兔丟掉，把他的重要資料拋出家外，趁父外出撿文件，兒把家門反鎖又丟出行李，賴父遭鎖在門外，被迫在外住了一晚，控兒涉嫌強制罪。因該屋登記在賴母名下，台北地檢署認為，賴父無權提告，兒不起訴。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，賴母下班返家，兒只讓母親進來，丟了一卡行李箱給門外的父親，裡面裝著生活用品和衣物，不理母親勸和，再度反鎖大門。檢方認為，賴男雖然有家歸不得，但他不是房屋的所有權人，兒子未妨害他行使「返家」的權利。
